At this point, I don’t think I’ll be recommending anybody to Hudson Collision unless they change the way they do things. Maybe walk around the vehicle with the customer when they drop it off and take pictures and write notes so they don’t forget anything? Maybe walk around the vehicle with the customer when the vehicle is done instead of just saying here you go have fun?

I dropped my truck off on July 31 the morning of the storm. I walked around my truck with Nick showing him several things that needed to be fixed that I had noticed. My truck was still covered with limbs and dirt and leaves so you cannot see everything. Nick assured me that they would power wash my vehicle and get everything fixed. It took a month for me to get my truck back, and when I did get it back, the only thing done to it was the front, two side panels, the hood and the roof That part of it looked great But I still had deep scratches to the metal, scratches all down the sides of my truck, passenger and driver side. Dents in the tailgate dents in the back bumper paint peeling above the doors and around the tailgate. Some of the things that I had showed Nick. Also, the back passenger fender was still loose. It was flapping in the wind, some thing else I had showed Nick when I dropped the truck off. The battery in my truck was completely shot when I got it back we had to replace it because we tried to charge it and it didn’t work. Water pores in from the E brake when it rains. The inside of my truck was completely filthy. Black handprints everywhere from where they had worked inside to remove the hood, but didn’t clean up after themselves. The headliner had obvious water damage from the old roof. And was not addressed. There was still glass from my windshield in my cupholders. Glass and grass. My seats are completely stained from the water damage that came in through the windshield and was not cleaned. So in putting all of that into the new estimate now they are going to total my truck I am not buying my truck back. It will cost too much for me to fix it and there’s too much wrong with it for me to put the time and effort into it to get it the way it was looking before the storm. I made a truck payment in the month that the truck was gone. I paid my deductible that’s $1000 right there out of my pocket when in the beginning they could’ve told me that it was going to be totaled out. Had they taken the time to actually look at the truck And estimate everything that was going to need to be fixed. So overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with Hudson Collision I am upset that for a month I thought I was gonna get my truck back and now it’s gonna be totaled and there’s too much wrong with it for me to fix it. I am upset because the time wasn’t taken to walk around my truck to actually look at my truck to take the time to figure out everything that was going to need to be fixed in my truck. I am extremely upset that they left the inside dirty that there’s black hand prints everywhere because they just couldn’t clean up after themselves. . I am upset because my seats are stained. I’m just upset in general.

We had an awesome experience with Hudson Collision! Quick service, friend upbeat, hard working group. They go above and beyond exceptions. Not only did my Buick damage disappear with no indication it ever happened, the detailing made it look brand new and it was a nasty mess! We also had a small issue inside we hadn't got around to finishing and they took care of that too! I wish I could remember each of their names, but they know I'm bragging on them. I would give this business and staff a 20 if I could! We would recommend them to everyone in need of repairs! Thanks, the Bakers

We would highly recommend Hudson Collision to everyone in need of their services, they far exceed a 10 rating! Their quick friendly service was amazing. You'd never know our Buick had been damaged. It's flawless. The detailing on the inside made it look brand new and it was a mess! We had another little problem on the inside we hadn't completed, they took care of that, too! We'd like to thank each one by name, but can't remember their names (they know). This business is staffed with talented, friendly people! If you have a need for collision repairs take it to Hudson's. The repairs look perfect and we are very happy with the results. The time it took for the repairs was a little lengthy but was not the fault of the Hudson Collision team. Nick is fabulous!
