My Experience - 0.0/5.0 -
Had the car less than 48 hours and the paint on the hood started cracking. The original estimate was given to me and what repairs were needed. They said insurance approved it and was ready for me to bring it in. Insurance also said it was approved as well. After the car being in the shop for 2 days they call and say insurance isn’t going to pay for this to be done. Had to do out of pocket for the repair. Then right before it was done they call and say that something else wasn’t going to be paid for by insurance either. I’m confused. I thought when a estimate is made and approved that’s what the customer expects! I felt like this was a bait and switch just to get my car in the shop. Car was done as promised but now have to take it back to get hood repaired. Great guys personality wise but lack professionalism in quotes and up front pricing and communication.

So I posted earlier about the paint cracking on my car 24 hours after I had got it back from them. I’m not sure what happened wether it was my fault or where the fault was but Nick at Hudson is amazing and said bring it in we will take care of it and they did! The car looks absolutely amazing!!!! I am very happy with there work and them going above and beyond to be sure I was taken care of. I retract my previous review and want to formerly apologize to Hudson Collision Center for my bad review. They are great people and would highly recommend them for any auto body or collision repairs!! Thank you again Hudson Collision Center!!
