The repair on my car is unacceptable. The paint has a chip in it. The body of the car where there was a dent from the collision still looks deformed and the part of the body that was hit in the collision is out of alignment. There is also a spot on the black wheel well trim that looks like it was possibly buffed when the paint was buffed and it kind of has a white worn area on it. I'm extremely surprised and disappointed at the work that was done on the car. My parents have been using your body shop for many years since they've always had Chevrolet cars and never had issues in the past.

Quality was good but many items were discussed to be repaired but never notified that insurance denied them or only have permission to band aid fix it.

People at the front desk and phones were great. While Peter was kind he gave me inaccurate timelines, didn't follow up on some of the questions I asked, didn't give me feedback about what the insurance approved/denied (scrapped sidewall on a spare tire and dented/marred cross member that they just sprayed over and it looks very "my friend does body work on the weekends" quality. Another front piece that had obvious scratching and dents from accident wasn't repaired/replaced as well. Lastly the day before i went to pick it up Peter informed me that they haven't received any payment for my truck and they couldn't release it so I had to get in contact with the insurance person and see the chain of emails where it has proof of payment and the insurance agent asking if there was anything else needed with no reply from Peter. I felt like I was doing his job and he didn't even do the due diligence to look into it.
