Highly recommend both body shop and service department. Cannot imagine taking our vehicles elsewhere – particularly for body repair. Huffines has access to all GM repair info. Was particularly impressed with frame inspection and straightening machine as well as technician’s ability to precisely weld in new components. Inspected from time to time and am confident that front end damage area is back to factory specs - drives perfect and no visible signs of repair

Like what was done. Do not like the time it took, but more importantly, what the balance looks like. I understand what needed to be fixed was fixed, but I now have to spend money so it is balanced. I now have a new headlight but have to replace the other. This collision was not my fault. If any of your employees are driving a car that looks like “Captain Hook” with one good eye, I feel sad that they are not being treated better. I do not feel appreciated due to my and my family’s past participation in your system. Good luck. I will not offer your company as a choice to anyone asking for help.
