We work with all insurance companies and have direct repair service with most insurance companies. We provide prompt and frequent communication including phone, text and email. The shop also offers a free pick up and delivery service for vehicles as well as boats and jet skis in a 25 mile radius and on special situations even further.

The damage to my vehicle was down played and we were treated like we were trying to get over on someone. We simply wanted repairs done; nothing more but nothing less. When we inquired about an issue we noticed when the car was returned to us their representative said "just come back if it gets worse.." (why would someone wait for a car problem to worsen?)and seemed unconcerned, after further insistence they looked at the issue. This company was not professional and my mistake was choosing them for repairs. Would not recommend them to anyone sadly. They did not appear concerned about safety and good business; disappointed they were listed as a vendor option by my insurance.
