I never knew when my vehicle was going to be done there was no updates throughout the process. The only time I knew what was going on when I would call. I have had a bad experience with there sales team and now a bad experience with there body shop I’ll never step foot on high white Honda property again.

I am very pleased with the work that was done, it looks wonderful! Anita was very kind and patient. She explained things well when I asked her questions. She even went above and beyond and called the rental car company for me to make sure they were coming to pick me up. I would highly recommend Hugh White to anyone, thank you!

Everyone was exceptionally friendly and a great help when it came time to pick up my vehicle due to some personal time constraints that I had. It was ready early and they made pickup as quick as possible so that I could get to my next appt.
