I’ve had two accidents in the past few years, and both times Hull Dobbs Ford Collision took great care of me. This time was with my 2024 RAV4, and just like before, Rico and the whole staff were respectful, helpful, and very professional. They always keep you updated, and even if there’s a delay, they reassure you and explain what’s going on. They really do everything they can to speed up the process and make things easier during a stressful time. I appreciate their consistency and customer service, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs collision repair or any service they provide.

Rico really takes care of my needs, this is my 2nd time having my vehicle repaired here and I enjoyed the fast service of getting my vehicle in and out. Also the care of my vehicle when it's in the shop, they even vacuumed out the trunk.
