Took a month longer than estimated and then the full repair was rejected. Caliber had to take it back into the shop. I have not seen the truck since. Im not sure I ever will again.

I am very impressed with my service. I appreciate being notified everyday. The service crew did an amazing job. I would especially like to thank Tan because she kept me very informed and she worked hard to help bring it all together.

From the moment we dropped our car off we felt comfortable with our car getting fixed at Caliber. Ten was great and made it feel welcoming vs most car places. Communication was amazing as we got updates through the entire process. Our car was completely fixed and ready an entire day early!
