It was a bit frustrating to hear about the car staying in the shop longer than expected because of a broken part. However, things happen. That was really the only problem. Otherwise, the team was very communicative to us either via phone call or text message. Most importantly, the repair on the car looks great. Thank you!

The communication on what was happening was solid, though there was a hiccup between Caliber and Enterprise where I wasn’t sure what was happening. We were able to get things rectified.

We did have a miscommunication problem with being told our car was ready when it wasn't. We drove three hours to pick it up to find this out. Manager did make arrangements for us to not require another drive back but that was 6 hours of a day away from work for nothing. My pay that I missed that day $360 which I'll never get back.

I am not pleased that the Chrome piece on the front bumper has a larger gap on one side that is very noticeable. I want that fixed! Where the drivers side fender meets the bumper is not fitting just right! I want that fixed. And my lane assist and cruise control is not working and they said they had to calibrate it but now it is not working and it was definitely working before. I absolutely need that fixed!!! Now I have to go to Caliber Collision in Florida to get these repairs done! Not so happy!!!
