Rico has been around for a while and EVERYTIME he has always shown his passion for servicing the best to details, reasoning, compassion, thinking ahead, very knowledgeable, keeping his word on; your car will be taken care of. He is clear at communicating and explaining all of our concerns. Never back down to handle the insurance companies making sure the customer is well represented and taken care of.This is not our FIRST NOR SECOND rodeo with this body and collision shop and working with Rico, its actually our THIRD go around. He has never changed with giving great service and maybe a lit humor at times.. which we all could truly use. When I showed up THIS TIME, Rico said, dang! This car has nine lives! 🤣 that tickled me so..I told him, well we are on the third one and not the ninth... My husband and I truly appreciates him. The entire body shop is a jewel. I sent a long review right after picking up our car but dont have a problem repeating my thoughts and feelings of gratitude. Your collision body shop has taken care of us more than a few times!! Rico really cares about cars and their owners!! He has a quick eye for seeing things ahead and a sharp mind how to work things out with insurance companies. When he says, " We got you" believe that. Rico is an asset to the body shop and cuddos to the entire body shop team. Thank you for taking care of the Davis Family. ( a little side humor, when we arrived AGAIN with our vehicle, Rico said, dang! This car has 9 lives! 😆 🤣..I told him, for the record, we are only on the 3rd life, so let's keep it rolling) Again, Thank You!

It would had been nice , if they could have painted the whole truck for me . The paint job is good , but would had been surprisingly better if the other side would had been touched up so the paint job looked evenly around overall the job was done professionally thanks
