My Experience

HUMES PAINT & COLLISION SHOP were very professional. The vehicle was dropped off at the shop and explained the parts and estimated time of delivery. The shop followed up with setting up the rental vehicle and had it delivered the same day my Jeep went in for service. Their professional calm was reassuring. The expected delivery date was given to me .The shop finished a day early and called me immediately to pick up my repaired Compass.The Team took the time to find a vanity plate exactly like mine! They replaced the damaged one with the exact same plate. That was unexpected and I am Grateful for such a kindness. I have great respect for the Team and greatly appreciate the professionalism of HUMES WHOLE TEAM. I am happy with my Jeeps through the years and will continue to return for my next Jeep, from Humes .
