Very satisfied with the work done. Could improve on cleaning. Had to rewipe down windshield due to lots of streakiness and could barely see at night. Just an FYI the air freshners left a very bad smell and should not be used

I had such a great experience with this collision center! Everyone was incredibly friendly, kind, and easy to work with, and the communication throughout the entire process was great. I had wrecked my car while on vacation, so the shop was almost two hours from home. They were very understanding of the situation and even gave me a gift card for gas when I came to pick up my car, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture. They also cleaned my car before I picked it up, and I was SO thankful! After a vacation with sand everywhere, the last thing I wanted to do when I finally got home was clean my car. They made an already frustrating situation so much easier, and I really appreciated how considerate they were and how well they treated me throughout the entire process. I would absolutely recommend them!

I absolutely love it! It doesn't even look as if anything w a s wrong. It was also very nice to have my car detailed inside and out! They were very nice to talk to, and after the initial claim i talked to my insurance about, i didnt have to deal with them again. Mill Run took care of everything plus some,and they didnt have my car very long. I will be recommending anyone I know to go Mill Run Collision. As will I. Thank yall again!
