Hunter Auto Body Inc. is a family owned and operated independent collision repair business that has been serving our customers for 50 plus years. It is our mission to return vehicles back to manufacturer specifications which is why we emphasize on using only O.E.M. parts, and O.E.M. repair guidance. Our staff hold certifications through ASE, and also hold I-CAR Platinum and Gold designations. Because we are 100% independent, it is our goal to not only satisfy our customers repair needs, but earn them as lifelong customers. We pride ourselves in giving our customers 'white glove' service and keeping them updated throughout the repair process with their preferred method of contact. We like to keep the guessing of what's going on out of the repair.

Jack went above and beyond to advocate for me as a customer. He was very thorough in figuring out everything that needed to be fixed with my vehicle, and helped educate me when it came to dealing with insurance.

The quality was just as I expected and everything was one properly according to manufacturer. The time that it took was exceptionally long, but mostly not your fault. I am very happy with the workmanship and quality.

My disappointment doesnt stem from work done on the car, although I have not been able to view the work as I am not located where the car is. This is my daughters car at college. My disappointment is with the communication throughout the process. Communication was good for about 48 hours, then I received no return phone calls, no reply to emails at all, during the final 5 days car was with Hunter Auto. Was VERY frustrating. Timeline and information that was provided within the last communication I received did not end up being close to correct and received no updates. If there would have been even decent communication throughout this process I believe the entire experience would have been really good.

In the past one I have had my car fixed. They always cleaned the inside. Not a full detail, but it was vacuumed out, and the dashboard was wiped down. They didn’t do that this time and also there was something sticky on the passenger door, which was not fixed that looks like a Sticker might’ve been put on there. I’m still having trouble getting that off.

Complete lifesavers. Took over my insurance claim and car repair from the dealership and went above and beyond to make sure their repairs were done right and finished the body work. Hunter Auto Body Team worked very well with me through my car repair process. Especially during the stressful time of dealing with my insurance for serval days trying to get the repair plan approved, which should had been approved immediately. This created a lot of stress for me. However, once the repair plan was approved the repair shop did a fast turn around and fixed my car. I also loved their attention to detail and care for safety.

Kyle at Hunter Auto Body always goes above and beyond. The service is top notch as Kyle works closely to make sure everything goes smoothly, it’s timely, and it’s all communicated well. I’ve been blown away by the body shop. My car has been fixed 2X and it has looked brand new inside and out. I highly recommend Hunter Auto Body.
