the only thing that wasn't satisfactory is the parts were supposed to have arrived prior to dropping vehicle. parts were not on hand by supplier and this wasn't communicated

We have used Hwy 18 for several repair issues in the past. We had hit a deer and brought it in to process the claim. Mike at Hwy 18 not only provided us with a rental vehicle but kept us well informed throughout the entire process. Unfortunately, the repair stretched into 2 months due to issues with the national parts network. Though this was a painfully long time, our level of communication and service from Hwy 18 was outstanding.
