Disappointed that I had cleaned my trunk area of broken glass before delivering vehicle for repair but the same can not be said for Hy-Gloss. Shattered glass all over my trunk and a foot long box cutter with the blade sticking out. No cleaning of the trunk as I had done for you all.

I was called at 2:00 p.m. that my truck was ready to pick up. I got there 15 minutes before closing and there was an employee sitting in my truck listening to the radio. I noticed he programmed all of my radio buttons for me, how nice. However, he left a huge mess inside my truck. When I was bringing my truck for repair I vacuumed all of the loose glass out of the trunk, and when I picked up my truck you all had the glass that you broke still in the trunk. Your employee also left a couple of tools in my vehicle, one of which was a foot long metal handle with a razor blade sticking out the end. I was very disappointed that after 9 days with my vehicle it was treated terribly, hundreds of miles were added on to the odometer, my radio stations were programmed for me, however no one could vacuum the glass they broke out of the trunk or pick up their tools, or get the marks off of my new glass so it looks new. He had time to play with my radio and enjoy my truck but not fix it which was very disappointing to me that my vehicle was used as a toy. I don't let anyone drive my car and I trusted you guys and there was a kid playing in my car the whole time. It say for days waiting for a door to come on and during that time no one got to clean the broken glass out but did think to mess with radio stations

It is very hard to speak to someone in the shop and almost impossible to speak with the owner. Out of 5 attempts to call and get in touch with him only one time did I actually speak to him
