My car radio screen keeps blacking in and out every since I got my car back from the shop. I am not missing one of my back passenger mats. The shop used a link to share car status updates. This link was NEVER up to date. I was updated on my car by phone calls from the shop. I had my car in possession for over a week, when the link said it was ready for pick up

Just wanna say thanks for doing a great job on my Ram. Even though the damage was minor I appreciate the quick turnaround as I initially thought I’d be without my ride longer. Also thanks for washing and tidying up the interior as that wasn’t expected either. Apologies for not asking her name but the lady who took care of me was cool and nice. Again thanks! I hope and pray I won’t need you all again. Be blessed.
