I would highly recommend them for bodywork, in fact, I plan to have them do some additional work on the car.

We had a very good experience with imperial. We brought the car the day we had the appointment. We had it back the day. They said it would be ready. Carr looks great and they worked seamlessly with State Farm Insurance and enterprise car rental. Would highly recommend.

Excellent customer service, except for the sad day when their when their phones were down! Even though they reached out on their personal cells to let me know the work was being done

I am sorry that what ever happened the accident i was telling them the truth. My car was not making any noise from the muffler before the accident. Over all the stuff was nice.

After I spoke with my insurance company, I drove to the location to drop off my car without knowing that I was supposed to make an appointment. The agent asked for approval and they let me drop it off. They offered me some candies when I told them it was my birthday. At pickup, it was a misunderstanding with the deductible payment. They called my insurance to verify. My car was fixed and it has no issue. I would strongly recommend

Totally recommend them!

I’ve had to come here twice because people in DC don’t care whose car they hit, but they are awesome. They answer all my questions are very welcoming and are quick. It seems normal turn around time is a week. I would definitely recommend them for any body work!
