Picked up my vehicle with items still not correct side mirror you said need to replaced for manufacturer instead of off market. Also front fog light wasn’t replaced is all scratched up and on top of it haven’t had a response or call back to come back in to have them fixed

Everyone was nice, but I am frustrated that wasn’t done properly and still hasn’t been fixed now. I have to find a day to come without a vehicle while it is getting fixed again.

If i had to take my vehicle back to fix something that should of been taken care of in the first place, there is no need to send someone else and have the same experience

Took 2 trips to get the issue addressed. I had to involve my insurance company the 2nd time. 1st time i picked up the car the glass had small scratch and had small bumps under the clear coat when they sprayed it. And they said it was fine and wont cause an issue. And now the work is done, kinda. Windshield is good but there are still specs/dust particles under the clear coat which makes the paint job not smooth, and in multiple places now. I just wanted my car back and am dissatisfied with the work done. I do not have the time to be going back and forth on all this. Took 3 weeks for this to even get done

Was not much face to face interactions, minimal phone call interactions. I had to call and find out what is going on with vehicle most of the time. When it came down to pick up the vehicle, it was just bland interaction
