Repair was fine. However, I don't appreciate that sitting on your premises for 17 days caused my battery to die, and TWO jump starts caused my HVAC to get damaged. Instead of being given the runaround I would have appreciated to see you take responsibility with your negligence. There was absolutely no reason for my car to be sitting there for SEVENTEEN days

I was wondering how to get the strong chemical odor out of the car. I've kept the windows down during the night,etc. It's better but seems to be in the leather. Other than that, everything seems to be great.
