Only use them and it's because they order the parts and make sure all is there and tell you when to drop off and when it will be ready. The parts ate all there before the car is started!!

I would’ve liked to been updated more often with the status of my vehicle, it was estimated that it would only take 2 weeks for my repairs and it ended up being a whole month.

Everything about my experience with Ian’s Body Works from start to finish was superb! The communication with me about the process was consistent and accurate. The entire experience exceeded my expectations from the day I came in to schedule from the day I picked up my vehicle. The communication was frequent and I always understood the stage of repair my vehicle was in. They actually finished a day earlier than they thought! When I picked up my vehicle, they even thought to clean the inside. I was surprised and delighted. I would recommend Ian's to anyone who needs body work.
