Everyone was wonderful, from getting an estimate, to getting a rental, to repairing the damage. Office ladies were so nice - I was impressed with all their knowledge. Hope I don't HAVE to get another repair (this is my second one there) but would definitely choose Ian's again if I need more repairs. Everyone I had to deal with was EXCELLENT!!!!

The car looks good. The paint seems to match very well. It is raining today so I will check the trunk tomorrow to make sure it does not leak. Everything looks OK now. I have only had the car back for 2 days but I have not seen any problems.
