Although my car was brought in during the holidays I expected a quicker turn around. The work was very good so no complaints on that. It would have been nice to have a weekly update on what was going on with the repair.

Very professional environment. I love the repair job, and it seemed as though my car was detailed as well. I greatly appreciated that. However, I was disappointed on the drop off day, because it was not disclosed to me before hand that the rental would be charged to me and not the car insurance that handled my repair.

Final Cost was more the estimate. Was told Friday, Then Monday, and car was finally ready Tuesday. Find it interesting the estimate and final bill were exact same hours worked on vehicle. Who accounted for hours?
