Simply because of Mark and Holly, plus Thomas and the rest of the shop’s hard work, I will be coming back for my aftermarket items to be painted and if I know anyone who has damage from a collision or worse, Ian’s will be the ONLY place I recommend. That’s a lot coming from a former dealership paint and body technician.

I was told it was a 4 to 5 week wait for them to work on my car so an appointment was made and the estimated time to work on the car was approximately 4 to 5 days. They did not budget in the painting time and when my car was ready, it had to wait two days more to get into the painting bay and that required a rental car for four days more which I think if you’re going to make an appointment you need to make sure that you have a painting bay when the car has been painted.
