Your iAuto team was extremely courteous and kind throughout my service experience. Staff was overwhelmingly professional in all areas of service. Staff was thorough from beginning to end. Rhonda and Brent were a joy to work with and communicate with during the service of my 2024 Toyota 4-runner. I will definitely recommend iAuto to ALL my friends for their auto repair needs

I will not ever take anything else that I Auto they lied to us about the truck that it was perfect it's not they gave us the runaround for 8 weeks I am not happy with their services at all

Again I am not satisfied at all because they told us that it was fixed it was perfect the alignment was perfect and we took it somewhere else and the first thing they noticed and said absolutely not the alignment was not right and it was unsafe that they let my grandson then my daughter leaving that truck knowing it was not right the steering still messed up yeah they lied and they gave us the runaround and Drug everything out for 8 weeks so I'm highly unsatisfied

They were very friendly and they would give me an update if I called but the fact that they were lying to me telling me the truck was ready and perfect and all this yeah no it was not right and perfect and they should have never let somebody leave driving in that truck with the steering and the alignment like it was
