This was my 1st time going to Classic Collision to have my car repaired, the lady at the front desk was very friendly. I told her that I was their to drop my car off to get fixed. Sam a very friendly man talked to me about my doing my estimate and dealing with my insurance they called Enterprise to let them know that I was there so they could come pick me up. I was told that they would communicate through text messages about my car. They was on time with the repairs and was finished on time. Thank you for being friendly and courteous with me and my car, if I need my car repaired again I will be bring it back there. I appreciate the the good work y'all did

I can't imagine having a better experience. Staff was so friendly and helpful through the whole process. I think the text updates are really nice and helpful, keeping the customer in the know just makes too much sense. A more comfortable experience for the customer and the shop can get the job taken care of without interruption. All in all, a seriously great experience. I am grateful to have found Classic Collision in Forest City..
