We are the premier body shop for Cleveland County and the surrounding area. As a certified repair facility for Honda® Nissan® FCA® and Kia®, Richies Body Shop follows factory repair procedures, material recommendations and specifications to complete your vehicle repairs in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements. Our 20,000 square foot facility houses state-of-the-art body and frame equipment, 3 paint booths, multiple lifts, on site ADAS (Advanced Driver Assist Systems) targeting and calibration systems as well as 4-wheel alignment and tire changing equipment. Features on my car are missing. The park assist does not work. It's not even visible after the bumper repair. Now i have to deal with getting the car back in to them which causes issues at work and dealing with having something to drive while the issue is corrected.

id recommend them only to people who really hate their insurance companies and who can afford to lose their vehicles for undisclosed amounts of time with no expectation of quality

The work took longer than the estimated time frame, which wouldn't have been an issue until I had to take it back to Richie's Body Shop after 3 weeks and $5700 because part of the original job had not been completed and was missed by quality assurance. On top of that, multiple personal items that were in the vehicle were irreparably destroyed despite not being near the area where work was being completed. When I called up there to let them know what issues had occurred, they were defensive and full of excuses. At the end of the day, they're just as dishonest as a lot of other mechanics, except they seem to have a more sophisticated way of scamming the insurance companies.
