Communication hardly existed, repair was ~2 weeks longer than expected, they drove my truck to another shop without letting me know, they broke some clips on the handles and didn’t replace them, they knocked off my oil air freshener and it was all over the radio/cupholders/dash, began ignoring my calls but answered right away when I called from another number

Collision Center did not keep me informed on the work progress. I had to contact the center for the progress of the repair. I would have given a better rating had I been kept informed. Question # 4 was answered but it was not correct, because I was not given a definite date. I was told they could not give me a date.

Door is 1/8 inch out of alignment. Window trim won't snap down correctly. Trash under blackout tape. Paint tape lines not sanded, buffed in door jam. I had to remove door panel an tighten screws to stop rattling sound. Took 30 days for 16 hours of work.

The staff here is excellent! From the smile you get at the front desk, to the service you get to your vehicle, I have no complaints! They kept me informed on the status of my car.The guy that worked on my vehicle made it look like it was brand new! I HIGHLY recommend using iauto!
