Did Without the car for 45 days and staff began to discourage inquiries. We’ll call when ready! I know now that the Car was finished on Thursday (2/19) but received no call. Visited Monday afternoon (2/23) to determine status. Was told that the call had been made to pick up the car. The call had not been made. Staff became confused and finally determined the file was incomplete and the computer was not updated. Paid the balance due and took delivery. As I left the parking lot, a carwise notice was received letting me know the car was finished and ready to go home. A Text received 3/4 9am confirming that I had picked up the car. Text received at7:20pm asking for a feedback. Very pleased with the repair but not the service provided. In fact, one staff member never spoke or even acknowledged my presence on more than one of my visits.
