A 6 day job turned into 30 days. I wasn't kept informed on the delays unless I asked. My car was supposedly " detailed " yet there were dusty hand prints inside my vehicle and grease on the outside. I definitely wasn't informed that my car could have been possibly totaled out until the day of picking it up due to a dent in the hood. The lack of communication is unacceptable and not professional. I will never use this establishment again. Nor will I refer anyone else there in the future.

I was kept abreast of the repairs. And it was finished 8 working days ahead! When I asked about a specific repair, the individual came out to explain it to me and helped me fully understand it all. This was our family's 3rd experience with iAuto. While I love iAuto, I truly hope I don't have to make use of their services again.
