Everything looked excellent. Everything fit well. The paint job was superb. No detail was left undone. This company did a great job. Looking at the car, it was difficult to believe it had been hit by a deer two weeks earlier.

Not happy! I was given a final bill and then a totally different final bill was given to my insurance agent in which they are investigating as they agreed parts of the car were repaired that didn't need repaired. Paint that doesn't need paint. Things removed from the bar that could of been taped off but we're removed and then got charged for me ones. I well never use this shop ever again. Paul seemed really nice but went over my final bill on the office with me then turned around and the bill changed as a was now that was turned into my insurance and I got an oops sorry my bad I was showing you the wrong final bill. Funny because the final bill I have that was printed and the one he turned on has different time stamps on them. An this is NOT OK! I MYSELF AND STATE FARM FEEL LIKE THIS JOB WAS A JOB THAT SHOULD OF BEEN HANDLED DIFFERENTLY. I WAS PROMISED MY JOB WILD START UNDER A CERTAIN AMOUNT AND WHEN I SHOWED UP TO GET MY TESLA THE AMOUNT WAS MORE AND THEN MORE CHARGED AFTER LEAVING. YA'LL NEED TO DO BETTER AT TRYING TO SCAM INSURANCE OUT OF MONEY FOR YOUR MESS UPS AND THINGS THAT DON'T NEED REPLACED BY YOU TAKE UPON YOURSELF TO JUST FIX THINGS. LIKE MY BACK GLASS YOU REPLACED AND THEN TINTED. IT WAS A 5 IN TINT YOU REPLACED IT WITH A 3 KNOWING THE REST OF THE CAR WAS A 5. NOW MY WINDOW TINT DOESN'T MATCH AND I HAS A LIFETIME REPLACEMENT ON MY ORIGINAL TINT IF I WOULD OF BEEN NOTIFIED DURING THE REPAIR PROCESS I COULD OF TAKEN IT TO THE WOMAN WHO DOES MY TINT TO HAVE IT REPLACED FOR FREE INSTEAD OF YOU CHARGING MY INSURANCE FOR THE TINT. VERY UPSET CUSTOMER 😡
