Impact Body Works provides customers with quality auto services that they can trust with a lifetime warranty on all paint jobs. We work hard to get our customers back on the road as quick as possible. Customers are our top priority, in doing so we provide towing of their completed vehicle to a destination of their choice, at no additional cost. In the event that our customers have no means of transportation we provide pick up as well. We keep our customers up to date on their vehicle repairs by phone or email. We will be more than happy to assist the customer to get to and from rental car companies. Our facility is monitored by video surveillance 24/7. I loved how transparent they were with what was happening with my car. They ordered what they needed but took time and very good care of my car to fix it. I only needed my bumper fixed but when I went to pick it up, it was freshly washed and basically cleaned/detailed inside! It felt like my car was brand new. It smelled good, looked good on the inside and out and the customer service was fantastic! Could not speak more highly of Impact!!! Love love love!!

We picked the car up on Friday, after repairs from an accident that caused Front end damage. We told them when we dropped the car off to be repaired, that the alignment was off. After picking up the vehicle and driving it, we have noticed the alignment is still noticeably off.

The staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful throughout the process. However, I would not recommend this shop based on my overall experience. My concerns involve the lack of transparency throughout the repair process, the relationship and coordination with the insurance process, and the condition in which the vehicle was returned. I observed damage to areas of the vehicle that I do not believe were present prior to repairs, raising concerns regarding vehicle handling and storage practices during the approximately two months the vehicle remained in the shop's possession.

Repair Quality

Vehicle was returned from the repair process with additional damage that was not present prior to the accident or prior to entering the shop. This includes damage to wheels that previously had no known issues, as well as damage observed on the quarter panels. Due to these concerns and the condition of the vehicle upon return, I have formally documented and reported these findings to Allstate, the at-fault insurance carrier, for review and investigation. These issues have raised significant concerns regarding the vehicle's condition following repairs.
