Customers are our top priority, in doing so we provide towing of their completed vehicle to a destination of their choice, at no additional cost. In the event that our customers have no means of transportation we provide pick up as well. We keep our customers up to date on their vehicle repairs by phone or email. We will be more than happy to assist the customer to get to and from rental car companies. Our facility is monitored by video surveillance 24/7. The customer service was terrible. And although I got what needed to be fixed done I have a huge scratch on my window which messed up my tint!! Very disappointed

Worse experience I’ve ever had! My tint is scratched from the inside, my car is having a hard time turning on now because apparently my battery is low which I’ve NEVER had this problem until now. I thought my car was supposed to get fix not come back with more problems. And on top of it all customer service was TERRIBLE!!

Guys did an amazing job.! They told me a certain date and they finished the job a couple days earlier and they also notify you as they fix the car via text.! Overall great place to get your vehicle fixed .!

Amazing work wasn't sure my car was able to be fixed I forsure thought it was a total loss and they fixed it to where it looks like I just bought a brand new car out the dealer 10/10 service

I couldn’t say enough great things about the work Impact Body Works has done to my vehicle. I was in a car accident and thought my car was completely ruined. I reviewed the work and the rear bumper was not fixed. It still has damage on it. In addition, the passenger side rims were not repaired either.

The car looks amazing. It was done 2 days before they promised. They even gave me a tour of their spray booth when I asked.
