We work hard to get our customers back on the road as quick as possible. Customers are our top priority, in doing so we provide towing of their completed vehicle to a destination of their choice, at no additional cost. In the event that our customers have no means of transportation we provide pick up as well. We keep our customers up to date on their vehicle repairs by phone or email. We will be more than happy to assist the customer to get to and from rental car companies. Our facility is monitored by video surveillance 24/7. I hit a deer. It did damage to my vehicle. It took about two weeks for the repairs to be made at Impact Body Works. It looks brand new. They worked with my Allstate insurance. God forbid, if I go get into another accident, I will go to Impact Body Works again.

I come to Auto Impact for all regular maintenance and I also go there for any repairs that need to be done. I have never been disappointed and they have always gone above and beyond. The ladies in the office are amazing. And my car always looks and feels and smells fabulous!
