The repair was done in timely manner and from what I can tell was done well. Only thing was they told us 3 days in a row the car would be ready and then at like 4pm would call us and tell us nevermind wait till tomorrow to grab it, which was very difficult to plan around.

Looks brand new, can’t even tell the bumper was replaced. They did a wonderful job repainting and completely detailed the inside of the car. If I ever need another body shop Imperial is absolutely going to be my first choice and I will be recommending others as well. I thank the whole team for their time and effort put into my vehicle.
