Imperial said they would paint my rear bumper which what hit by s shoppng cart and they never did

No communication from the shop. I had to make every call. They never updated me on the supplemental damage; never told me the storm on Tuesday 2/12 that a delivery truck was delayed not until I called on Thursday 2/14 the date they promised the car would be ready that's when I found out the car wouldn't be ready until Monday 2/18 costing me 4 additional days of car rental. Then I called on Monday 2/18 again no call from them and was told the detailer was at lunch at 2;00pm and would need another 2 hours. I barely had enough time to return the rental costing me an extra day. Very POOR communication !!
