They truly know what they’re doing. Beyond the constant service, communication, and support, they’re always direct and transparent about the issue and exactly how they plan to solve it. This is the third time I have had to get my vehicle fixed following being hit. The last 2 times I have gone to Imperial Body Shop. I've appreciated the quality of the work and the lifetime warranty. My last repair with Imperial Body shop still looked great and that was completed almost 10 years ago. As a women, it can be uncomfortable to get any work done to my vehicle because I have been talked down to and been suggested unnecessary repairs. However, that has not been the experience at Imperial Body Shop. Before I took my car in, I called because I had a question due to changing my insurance and they explained the process then directed me to my insurance. Luckily, they did because my insurance had not yet completed processing the claim and it would likely been out of pocket. This repair, I worked with James and he explained the whole process, what his next steps were, and what I can expect in prices and parts available. He also included me in the decision making for my vehicle repairs and I appreciated him sharing if he believed a repair was unnecessary and didn't compromise the look or function of that area. James was very helpful and I felt confident he was trying his best to keep the price low and ensure the parts were of great quality. I found Imperial Body Shop from Yelp reviews 10 years ago and I will go again if needed and continue to recommend them to others. Although I probably can find quality work somewhere else, customer service is not easy to find and I'm so thankful to have found Imperial Body Shop.

Imperial Body Shop exceeded my expectations. The quality of the repair work was exceptional and my 4Runner looks flawless. James was professional, informative, and kept me updated throughout the entire process, which made everything stress-free. The repairs were also completed much faster than expected without sacrificing quality. Easily the best body shop experience I’ve had and I would highly recommend them.

Your delivery is very nice but you need some more details. You have 3-4 point of foreign material with painting and front door air leaking arround 50 mph over.
