Very professional and extremely easy to talk too. They go above and beyond. When I ask for a quote on another repair, I was extremely pleased with the outcome. I did overhear where someone was trying to FALSELY claim damage to their vehicle by Impex and got put on the spot!! So they may put in a negative response. But if you're going to be a LIAR, I'm happy they got shamed!! People need to be honest and trustworthy. This is the second repair Impex has done to my car, with perfection, integrity and respect. And I'll be going back there again when someone decides to hit me again.

Impex unfortunately had to repair our car when only a month old was rear ended. They did an excellent job then. So when the top half of a tree in our front yard fell on our CRV in a rainstorm. Even though they were miles aways from closer repair shops we would never trust our cars to anyone else... we've seen the workmanship at a few other reccomended shops. And Impex's attention to detail and quality workmanship stands heads and shoulders above the others. Craftsmanship in a slap and go industry is rare.. but Impex met my demanding eye's approval.

Where do I start... This is the first time that my family has been involved in an accident. My daughter was crying not from getting hit from behind. The tears were for the ruined car seat that was now covered in orange smoothie. We went to a detail shop the next day so the stains would not set prior to getting the repair done. We were a bit disappointed that there was some stains from the smoothie that didn’t come out but accepted this . We came to Impex G.A.E. within 24 hours of the accident and detail. I showed you the seats as well as the body work that needed repair. You said not to worry you have all your cars cleaned after a repair and you felt like you could get the seats looking good and the bumper would be like new. From the moment we walked into your shop ,you and your staff put all of our concerns to rest. Your entire staff made us feel calm during a very stressful time. Everyone was so nice and Professional. You all kept us updated throughout the entire process. The shop is super clean and as we know being in the middle of pandemic this is most important. My family thanks you for the quick turn around and your attention to detail. The car looks like new! You were able to get the seats back to the original out of the showroom clean ! Really amazing , job well done to your entire team. The car looks amazing from the inside out. I told my family “ no eating or drinking in the car” ! It’s like having a new car again.
