They kept me updated throughout the repair process and were helpful in dealing with the insurance claim. The body and paint work looks good. However, after picking up the Traverse, I am still experiencing an exhaust issue that needs to be addressed. I can hear the exhaust and there is an exhaust smell, so I’m hoping this remaining issue can be resolved quickly. Once that is corrected, I’ll be much more comfortable considering the repair complete."
