Iffy completion time, lack of communication about when repair would actually begin

It took way too long 3 weeks to do job quoted as 16 hours. My airbag icon came on after I was in for initial check on damage, I mentioned this when dropping off. Never addressed and no comment about it. Plus side seems like excellent work. I probably won't return for future work but your completion time is too iffy.
