First of all.. the outside of my vehicle looks great! Everyone there was so nice and helpful and really made the entire process very easy. Other side notes that I feel need to be mentioned. We are in the middle of a pandemic and I was shocked to see at least three people in the body shop office were not wearing masks. The COVID related deaths are at an all time high and to see that the employees there were not wearing masks was frightening to say the least. Other note, my husband and children were in my vehicle when they slid on ice and hit a tree. Thankfully they were all fine. However, their drinks basically exploded all over the dash, front seats spilled into the cup holder and dash compartments. I’m not saying that my entire vehicle should have been detailed but I thought I would have been nice if someone could have cleaned up the mess. I had to stop at advanced auto to buy cleaner and paper towels to clean up the mess.
