I forgot to say on the last one, you guys detailed the car, it felt like getting into a new car. You guys did so good! I felt so bad, I work as a nurse and go to school so I wasn't able to go and get it cleaned before hand, I apologize. But you guys did amazing! I will recommend you to everyone I know.

This has been the best company we have used since Nelson's was open. Sadly they shut down, but I am so glad we picked you guys! The care looks like new. The only constructive part I would say, is where the part was rusted on the hood (which you guys didn't even have to fix, and we are so grateful!) it maybe could have been sanded to look more even (but it's okay, we aren't mad, and again we are so grateful you even fixed it!). We would like to eventually in the future get a quote for the back bumper, the driver door and repainting the top of the prius. Your business was so good, we are considering finding out and paying out of pocket! Great job guys! Thank you also for the updates!

I am so happy I chose Integrated Auto, They provided concierge customer service that I had never experienced before. From facilitating getting the car rental to advocating to the insurance company on my behalf to daily repair updates they went above and beyond my expectations. They were throughout exceedingly kind and pleasant. They made the stressful experience of being in a car accident and having my car damaged as anxiety free as possible. They expeditiously repaired the car with a turnaround the same week as the drop-off. And to cap it off I was so pleasantly surprised by the quality of the collision bodywork done: it was A+. The car looked like brand new with no signs of having been damaged. In conclusIon I give them the highest recommendation. Their customer service and expertise is unsurpassed. They are simply the best at what they do.
