Integrated Collision was phenomenal to work with. They were very upfront through the whole process and extremely communicative through out as well. Unfortunately my auto insurance carrier (progressive) held the process up significantly. Integrated kept me updated through every step with twice weekly calls, as well as emails when necessary. They were absolutely great to work with and my car is back on the road and looks brand new again!
