The A/C wasn’t working after the repair was complete. After noticing the issue, Integrated Collision immediately took responsibility, and repaired the issue within 30 minutes. 10/10.

Jen, great customer service, she was very pleasant easy to talk to. She answered every question I had and reassured me that everything would be alright. From me dropping off my car to me picking it up just an awesome job. Even down to the rental of the car. She did and excellent job. A great asset to the business.

I the gentleman that came and look at my damages was excellent in explaining to me what was going to done and he reassured me that everything was going to be alright after I had a complete melt down. From the front desk to the garage where the repairs are performed, I was very satisfied and happy with the work that was done to my vehicle.

Perhaps a final walk through of the finished product. There is a lifetime warranty

There is a bubble forming on the paint that was replaced. You can visibly see the hammer marks on the side that was fixed through the paint.
