I am so happy I took my car to Integrity. The best service, Renatto and Andres stayed in touch all the way from beginning to end. Even though they were not on USAA's list of shops I chose them because even the first visit was thorough and informative. I added an extra item to replace and it looks great. The entire car looks amazing and I had no idea I even had a bad battery that I also had them replace when they let me know. I will recommend this shop to everyone! Thank you Integrity I couldn't be happier!

You had my car for 8 days and did nothing to help me get my vehicle repaired or even diagnose the problem. I took my car to another body shop and they immediately put it on a lift and were able to tell me there was minimal damage and have begun to repair it for me. I’m very disappointed with your company.
