From the time I that I first contacted Melissa to the time I picked up my vehicle which was a total of five days. Melissa checked me in Monday afternoon. She explained the whole process so I knew what was happening. Melissa arranged for my rental. I was pick up and taken to Enterprise to get my rental. At the end Melissa called and text me to pick up my vehicle. She also arranged for Enterprise to come pick up my rental at Carstar body shop. A quick visual inspection indicates that the job was done quickly and correctly. And I was assured by Melissa if I had any issues they would be addressed and resolved. My experience was very satisfying and pleasant. Based on my experience I would recommend Carstar to my family and friends.

So far everything from m beginning to end has been very satisfying 😌. Melissa in the office was very helpful and efficient. She checked me in explained the repair process. She kept me informed and arranged for my rental Sarandon the return of my rental. And she assured me if there was any problem with the repairs that she would assist in getting them corrected.

I really appreciated how the team kept me updated throughout the entire repair process. Melissa at the front desk was especially amazing. She was so sweet, knowledgeable, professional, and always made sure I understood everything going on with my car. You can tell she really knows her job well. The repair team also did an incredible job on my car. It honestly looked even better than I expected when I picked it up, and I really appreciated that they even hand washed it before returning it to me. That was such a thoughtful touch. I also loved receiving the update photos along the way because it helped me feel informed and reassured throughout the process. Overall, such a great experience!
