I received excellent service,, they were so polite and treated me with kindness. When I picked up my car that was hit by a bus looked amazing 👏 they did an awesome job on my Honda CRV. They have worked on 2 other vehicles in the past and it has always been great work, My Honda looks like a brand new 2026 Honda CRV AWD,,I'm so happy 😊 Thank You again Jerry and the crew 👍

I had excellent service at Carstars! I was heartbroken about the damage to my 1 year old car but the manager V treated me with respect and understanding. They gave me rides home and to the shop and kept me updated about everything. If you are looking for a great place to have your car repaired this is where you should go!

I was treated very respectfully and with much understanding about my resent accident. My car.was only a year old , and I was very sad. But V and his team took care of my car and I made it look brand new. They dropped me off and picked me up , which saved me a lot of time and hassle. If you're looking for a good body shop , this is the place to go hands down. I give Carstars Russo all the stars!!!
