Everything was like clockwork from the time I made that first call to have my vehicle repaired. Jennifer, who answered my call sounded genuinely enthusiastic about being of service to my need. Every detail was handled professionally and timely. She worked tirelessly attempting to get EOM parts for my car even when my insurance tried to settle for less. In the end, i got all original parts and paid hardly anything out of pocket. I got updates from Jennifer every step of the way and was never left wondering whats next. The craftsmanship of the employees who did the actual repair was flawless. My car looked better than it did pre-collision. I sincerely do NOT do reviews. This is a rare exception because i am in awe of the service i received. 5 star? Absolutely not... they deserve a rating of 10 stars!

Absolutely wonderful. AAA was giving me a really hard time getting things started. I ended up getting is a really bad time crunch with a another repair appointment for separate issue and the staff did an amazing job to accommodate me. Turned a painful experience (which had nothing to do with integrity) and made it painless!!! Would recommend to anyone!

Oscar and all his crew did a fantastic job on our Challenger! From start to finish, which was earlier than expected, Oscar kept us updated on his teams progress. I don’t think I’ve ever had a better experience with an auto repair shop than Integrity! These guys are the best ever! The prices are fair, the work is impeccable, the timing and turn around time was extremely outstanding! The customer service and kindness was far more than I’ve ever seen! I’ve had at least 20 different cars, vans, and trucks.... all have need service at some point, but again this was my best overall experience ever. I drove 30 minutes to reach this shop, even though I had a reputable body shop walking distance from my house! Read their company business statement! They truly live up to it! Dr. R.E.Lucas
