From start to finish the experience was great. I thought this was going to be a pain but you guys took care of everything. Even when the insurance company made my rental car reservation with Enterprise in Napa Jennifer called them and got it transferred to the Enterprise in Fairfield. That was so cool and that totally made me feel better about the entire situation. I didn’t want to get a ride all the way to Napa just for a rental car. Thank you all so much.

The staff was professional and paid attention to detail. They kept me updated on the status of repairs and worked well with the I surance company to address repairs and get authorization. When I picked up my car it looked like a brand new car. Completely detailed and beautifully done.
