Work was done pretty well, however the amount of time I had to wait and how many times I had to bring it in makes me hesitant. If you don’t really care about pristine work, this place is good, but if you have a nicer car, I’d be careful

My car didn’t have the service done I requested. Which is fine, although it was there for over a week and how they didn’t understand the quote that they gave was incorrect, I don’t understand because I didn’t have the work done, or a vehicle for a week. Just a week of Ubers is over $500, I wouldn’t recommend anyone using this company or any other body shop without a guarantee. My ultimate biggest fight is that I had a brand new vehicle and didn’t get it back because it was being “detailed” and it actually came back disgusting, I bought it brand new and drove it to the shop never even had a backseat guest and had absolutely muddy paws on everything, seats I’ve never even touched. No work done. 1000000% worse than when I dropped it off Not a business I care to argue with/ ever associate with again.

I would have liked to have received phone calls with updates about my car and a phone call letting me know it was done. I had called and asked about it, was told it might be done later that day, and that someone would call to let me know it was done. No one called so I called again the next day and was told it was done.

We have always had great service from Intense. This past time there was alittle hiccup but it was resolved quickly. I recommend Intense to everyone that is looking for service.

The quality of the work was top notch, but the communication was very poor. I often found out what was going on from my insurance company, not Intense.
