I guess I would have appreciated more updates through the process. I wasn’t informed what was going on with my car when there was an unexpected delay until I called and somebody else had to figure out what was going on.

I would recommend them due to the fact that I have had 2-3 cars fixed there before with few issues but would advise customers to stay on top of working with them.

The repair quality is very good. I've had a few cars done there before and very good quality. It's the customer service and follow thru that's the problem.

The people are nice and respectful to work with. Its the follow thru and customer updates that are less than par. Even a text to provide progress would be an upgrade. During 10-12 days my car was there, I never received any updates and had to call multiple times to understand what was happening.

Service guys called with information about delays and timeframes. Only issue was when I picked vehicle up it was outside and covered with frost and dirt so I was unable to visually check the repairs to ensure there were no issues. Would have preferred to have had it inside to be inspected prior to taking the vehicle back
